I would start with the bypass and work your way through the starter. Start by undoing all your trim panels around your steering column and dash bezels and drivers side kick panel. Then go from there. hope this gives you some direction.

Sincerely,

JC

My vehicule starts by itself it s equipped with a compustar remote starter

under the dash on drivers side you will find the remote starter controller, just unplug it and everything should still work fine. You might also find a fuse and you can just pull that out of the harness of the starter controller

My 2011 GMC Sierra the heater will not come when I remote start it but turn key on it will come on

If the heater blower circuit was not connected to the bypass relays of the remote starter unit, then it will not work. Some lower grade aftermarket remote starters do not have relay bypass for the accessory circuits (heater and A/C) in order to save a buck or two. If it is a factory remote start, then the heater should work.

You can bypass the passlock system but its not easy and not for someone that is not good with their hands. Look up bypass GM passlock to see if you think you can handle that.

Trunk release not working on aftermarket remote start/alarm.

Their Commando FM 870 has a remote transmitter pager and remote starter, allowing you to control your car from almost a half mile away. It instantly alerts you if your car is being tampered with ($169). CommandoAlarms.com is their website.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have a remote starter in my car and the car wont start. It is not the starter or the battery

if its an aftermarket remote starter bypass the remote start or you can take it to a best buy garage have them look over the wiring. If its a factory take it to a GM garage. If you are good with these things look over the schematics of the remote starter you have installed it may be a resistor issue.

Removed my electric start on my 2003 trailblazer. because it didnt work now iam trying to hook up oem starter wires under my dash but unable to vehicle ride for 2 secounds and dies

By bypassing the factory ignition, you have cut out a VERY important part of the trucks anti theft security system that you probably didnt even know was there. These system will turn off injectors to eliminate theft. Basically, your truck knows you hotwired it and aint going anywhere. This link explains the problem, and there is a way to bypass this security system on there too. You can beat this yourself. Check out this link. http://vatspasslockpasskeysecurityhelp.yolasite.com/

03 trailblazer won't stay started we bypassed the starter it starts for a second on the first try after that it won't turn over. We have a new battery and everything comes on but the radio. Any ideas?

check out the fuse / relay box located under your hood on the drivers side, these should have a instruction pattern on the inside of the fuse / relay cover, check the starter relay , hope that this has been very helpful to you.

No start cranks but does not fire has spark. has fuel if bypassed by relay fuses good new fuel pump a year ago has fuel replaced battery froze, has prostart remote start, been in 8 years no issues 2000...

check to see if the security light or anti theft light flashes. if that is the case, sounds like the bypass for the remote starter may be causeing the no start by tripping the anti theft system. Remove remote starter and bypass system and join any cut wires back together that may be cut for remote starter. Try starting, if theft light still flashes leave key in the on position after attempted start for 15 minutes till theft light goes solid, turn off and try again. Repeat process for three times to re-learn factory theft system in vehicle. If problem still persists, then take to your local dealer to reprogram factory theft module in the cluster.
