Question about 1999 Kia Sephia
The overdrive button does not work and the overdrive light blinks constantly.
is there a fuse possibly or a switch
If the overdrive light is blinking then there is a problem with the TCM transmission control module. if you have access to a scanner, pull the codes, that will lead you on the path to what is wrong. if you dont you will have to take it for service.

I had the same problem. The wiring from the switch that is routed alongside the shifter handle had broken and shorted out due to flexing too many times with the shifter handle. I spliced in a new piece of wire and it works fine now. If only I could get the plastic cover back onto the steering column now!
