95 dakota hesitating during start up and while running

I am driving a 95 dodge dakota manual transmission, 3.9 ltr V6, 2wd,
When first starting the truck and it is cold it runs fine, as the engine temp begins to increase the idle begins to hunt wildly and it begins to misfire as well as if the timing is not correct, once thru this satge and the operating temp has been reached the engine runs better, it has a constant miss/hesitation during acceleration and constant speed.
I have changed out all the injectors, fuel pump, mapp sensor, egr valve, speed sensor, water and intake temp sensors during the past year and their is no change. Changed out spark plugs plus wires also.
Have just did a clutch and checked the crankshaft position sensor and that looked ok
Beginning to suspect that the power train control module is bad, I know there is a closed loop and open loop transition with the module during the engine warming up.

Fuel pump has been changed and the only fuel filter is in the tank as part of the fuel pump, fuel pump pressure at the rail is 40psi, do not believe fuel is the issue

Before I had started to change out sensors and injectors etc I had done a compression test to get an idea of the condition of the engine and valve train, got good readings all pretty consistent if I remember around 100 to 120 range, vehicle has 150,ooo miles plus, didnt feel I had a blown head gasket after the compression test, leaning towards the computer side, was hoping someone had had or heard of something similar before I invest in a new control module

At this point I think that maybe the control module (ECM) may be the issue, only one other thing have you tested the ECT sensor signal? since it is really the ECM's only way of knowing when the system should go to closed loop.

My 95 dodge dakota wont start unless I hold the shifting lever up into park. it is an automatic transmision and if I try to start it without holding up on the shifting lever it is just dead

Adjust the slack out of the transmission shift selector cable, (where it goes onto the side of the transmission). This will hold the lever in the up position as it should be, and there should be no further problems.

98' Dodge Dakota 3.9 ltr engine,,,will not idle after cranking. Possible solution?

Idle air control solenoid, on base of throttle body

Also good spark plugs and a clean rotor and cap will help

You mean idle, after starting or running!

Dodge dakota 2005 automatic transmission, when starting from a stop or low speed sounds as if it is low on fluid rpms high started doing this on tollway when pulling out from the toll both ????seems to...

Manually shift thru all gears up & down the scale. Try adding Motorcraft Additive Friction Modifier, available from Ford parts dept. This REALLY STINKS!!! Don't get any on you. Pour into trans fluid. Drive a few miles shifting manually thruthe gears, then do a normal start stop drive several times. This will luburcate trans, normally used for differential but has worked in automatic transmissions of all makes for years. Otherwise mechanical problem for transmission repair facility.

88 dodge ram charger 5.2 ltr engine....intermittant spark

I have a 1988 dodge ram charger with a 318 motor with throttle body. It runs really good when I start it up and drive it for about a half of an hour.
But after that when I step on the throttle a little bit, it hesitates. If I let off a little bit, it will go or if I really step on it, it will go also, but if I just hold it there, it really hesitates If I stop, the idle jumps up and down so much it causes itself to stall. It seems to only do this at low RPM's. If the RPM's are higher it's fine
