Re: location of parts
Climb under the rear wheels look for a round can with hose or metal tubing though it. In 89 or 90 I think they went with snap lock connectors. before that it was threaded. The PCV is located in the engine valve cover, it has a large vacuum hose going to it.

Check the computer controlled idle valve or motor. And clean it and the air passages it controls with a sensor safe cleaner. Throttle body cleaner or intake cleaner made by CRC (at Napa) works good. Check for a dirty air filter.
You will need a 3/8" drive ratchet with a 5/8" spark plug socket. There is no distributor on these engines so you won't require a dist. cap. You will want to change spark plugs, ignition wires, air filter, fuel filter and pcv valve. There are no other adjustments.
Locate the air box on the top center of the engine towards the back. The PCV valve is located on the rear, underside of the air box. Although on some Accord models, a small air box bracket may be present, which will block view and access to the PCV valve plugged into the intake manifold. If by chance the bracket is there, then remove the retaining nuts, holding it to the air box side with the ratchet and a socket. Reach onto the intake manifold with a pair of needle nose pliers, and gently pull the PCV hose and valve out of the grommet of the intake manifold. Hope this helps!!!
In '87 Town Car, with the 5.0 L. engine, with fuel injection the PCV is located on the top and at the rear of the engine, about where the
transmission is connected, close to the firewall, slightly more on the
passenger side of center.
There is also a pre-filter located below this PCV valve. It is a small
can with coarse steel wool inside, do not allow this to become plugged,
as it will cause too much internal engine pressure to build up resulting
in leaking gaskets.
Hope this helps (remember to rate and comment this answer).
i do feel you should have asked a local mechanic to have a look for you first before you spent money on parts ,have you inspected the fuel line for deterioration ,this vehicle is 22 yrs old and has outlived its life so things are wearing out ,including the fuel line rubber hose connections ,while your looking check the rubber pipes on the inlet manifold for deterioration as well ,be surprised what sorts of problems this can cause also the state of the engine breather hoses
