Question about 1989 Chevrolet Corsica
Where is the fuel filter and the pcv valve on a 1989 Corsica
Fuel filter: in the back, under the car, passenger side. look for a silver/bronze cylinder [pending if it's the OEM part or not]
i have a 89 Corsica too. :]

Climb under the rear wheels look for a round can with hose or metal tubing though it. In 89 or 90 I think they went with snap lock connectors. before that it was threaded. The PCV is located in the engine valve cover, it has a large vacuum hose going to it.
