Drain the coolant out completely first, then close the valve at the radiator and refill the radiator(you do this with the engine turned off) make sure that it takes atleast a gallon of coolant and if it does not then yo have a clogged up radiator, replace the radiator before you do any thing else

My 1995 toyota tercel runs a little warm at highway speeds-if i slow down it cools down,it never overheats

most probably the rad is getting plugged, or not transfering heat to the fins, get a new one, and replace the thermostat , fill with new coolant

Seems like you need to adjust the idler on the throttle body. it either needs adjustment or cleaning of the throttle body might help.

Fans dont work and overheats 94 toyota tercel

Most systems work pretty much the same. First check the fans themselves by hot wiring them to the battery. If they work, you need to check the engine temp sensor (some vehicles use one for gauge and fans, others use a separate one for fans) relay, and of course any fuses.
You will help yourself a lot by getting either a chilton or haynes manual to show you how to do testing.

1991 toyoa tercel will start then dies

Most likely a fuel issue. Take the fuel line off of the fuel rail and put it in some kind of container. Turn the key on for one minute and measure how much fuel comes out. Let me know what you find.

1993 Toyota Tercel overheating when driving only

Make sure the radiator is clear of debris
Try a different coolant. Stay away from the Red stuff
When changinging the thermostant go for a 180 or less. It sounds like your thermostat open when it really heats up. Get a lower thermostat.
