Under hood, driver side fender lining, may be a relay pack, note the wires colors in diagram to find fuel pump relay. Compare wire colors on relay connector. Just my opinion.
pretty sure its all in the tank module, here's a rebuild kit for $25, pump,o-rings,filter to copy and paste https://www.1aauto.com/1994--dodge-spirit-electric-fuel-pump/i/1afpu00413?f=767842&y=1994&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Shopping%20Campaign%20F-L%20-%20Medium&utm_term=4576854590039245&utm_content=Shopping-FPU
The fuel pump relay gets power from a 30amp fuse that also powers the ASD relay. I think the fuse is marked with the letter D. You may have to check the 30amp fuses to see if any are blown. You can also jumper the pump relay.
the ecm controls the initial prime for the fuel pump.make sure the relay is getting the signal from the ecm.the wires near the ecm should be checked for broken, damaged or corroded wires as if the ecm doesn`t get the proper voltage or ground it will not prime the fuel pump for the 2 seconds.
The relay is either on the drivers side shock tower or the inner fender drivers side. There are four relays in these locations. It's been a while since I worked on this model so this explains my hesitantcy on pinpointing it to you. Check a chilton or haynes manual for the exact location or ask the parts dealer to show you on his computor. Hope this helps you. Good luck!
The fuel pump relay is located on the inner fender behind the battery. There is a group of 5 relays, 3 on the fender wall, and 2 on the strut housing. The innermost one is the fuel pump relay, The outer one is the starter relay. Good luck!!
