Question about 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
Can i get the code to reset my change engine oil light?
Depress pedal fully 3 times within five seconds, sorry

You don't need a code. Turn the key to the "run" position, depress the gas pedal fully within five seconds, either turn off ignition or start the vehicle. The light should flashh a couple of times and then go out. I hope this helps.

Welcome to FIxYa.com
Oil Change light:
To reset the "CHANGE OIL" light, turn the ignition switch to the run position with the engine off. Fully depress and release the accelerator pedal three times within 5 seconds. The light will flash twice and go out.
Maintenance warning light? MIL? Check engine? Maintenance Required?
You will have to go to Auto Zone to have the code read and then fix the code problem and then clear code with code reader
