Time Belt Maintenance or Replacement

Hi,
On a 2005 Dodge CaraVan with 111K do I need to get a new Timing Belt?
Also, what are the other recommended maintenance or replacments with this much milage.

    I guess the 2005 Dodge CaraVan has a Timing Belt versus a timing chain, YES or NO. Guess I should have asked this Question first or been more specific on my question. Thus, if it has a Timing Belt then it should be changed a long time ago and if it has a Timing Chain then things maybe OK.

Under the timing cover on the pass. side of engine Lots of stuff to replace one. Must take everything off front of motor.
