Sounds like you have a dead battery. You either need a jump start with jumper box or clean battery terminals and see if that works

try to reach up under the front of the car with your arm and try to locate the latch with the hood release cable attached to it. Use your fingers or plyers to manipulate the latch to release-pull on the cable. You may have to remove the grill to access it.

My chrysler 300 is making a clicking noise while running the heater, thinking this is serpentine belt? This is coming from the passenger side under the dash/under hood.

If you think the serpentine belt is the source of the noise, check under the hood with your Chrysler and the heater running to confirm it. You may find the clicking is originating somewhere else.

I just washed my car i was at the light and the car shut off i have lights radio works and everything it keeps burning one of the 20 amps fuses under the hood with the engine symbol and i have been getting...

Hi Eason, The fuse which keeps blowing is the ECU fuse, which means the computer isn't working. That being so, the vehicle will will not start. The starter motor problem is separate and will need the starter relay or the solenoid replaced. The fact that the fuse for the management system keep blowing means there is a short or overload of that system which must be detected urgently! (WITH ALL DUE HASTE...IF NOT SOONER) in other words it may be dangerous if you have a short, as it can cause a fire! Get it sorted asap. Regards John

Car won't start, making clicking sound, 2002 chrysler sebring convertible, 2.0

sounds like the battery is dead the clicking is common when you have a bad batt. once you replace the batt then you will need to have charging system checked to make sure altenator is working like it should and the battery cables are in good shape.

Did you check the fuses under the hood? The cigarette lighter fuse is not located in the fuse box by the passenger door.
