Fan Control The PCM monitors certain parameters (such as engine coolant temperature, vehicle speed, A/C on/off status, A/C pressure) to determine engine cooling fan needs.
For variable speed electric fan(s):
The PCM controls the fan speed and operation using a duty cycle output on the fan control variable (FCV) circuit. The fan controller (located at or integral to the engine cooling fan assembly) receives the FCV command and operates the cooling fan at the speed requested (by varying the power applied to the fan motor).

For relay controlled fans:
The PCM controls the fan operation through the fan control (FC) (single speed fan applications), low fan control (LFC), medium fan control (MFC), and/or high fan control (HFC) outputs. Some applications will have the xFC circuit wired to 2 separate relays.
For 3-speed fans, although the PCM output circuits are called low, medium, and high fan control (FC), cooling fan speed is controlled by a combination of these outputs. Refer to the following table.
If you don't understand these thing's listed above your best bet is to take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop . Have the vehicle checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes !

2000 toyota Sienna side view mirror broken/loose, folds back at speeds greater than about 40mph, replacement or repair instructions would be greatly appreciated.

the spring is probably unhooked or broken. take the panel on the inside of the door right behind the mirror off and there is probably two bolts after that its pretty much self explainatory

My 95 cadillac deville power steering just started acting up. Its not the power steering fluid cus i checked and its full. It will work then just go out then work again. Does it need a new pump or what?

I would try a new belt first. If the belt it is old it could be slick and slipping or loose which would cause problems with the steering pump..

Steering wheel shakes above 40mph, what could be wrong 2006 f250 4x4 crew cab stock tires and wheels 100,000 miles also not much response in steering above 55mph

the wheel shaking sounds like a wheel balancing problem and the no steering response is either some loose ball joints or a bad gear it will need to go to the shop for both

Need to replace the power steering line on my 95 deville before i take something off that dont need to be taken off

you only have to take off anything that stops you from getting to the line. You might have to get a new pump not all lines can be changed.

Tyrod broke on 2000 cadillac deville

the tierod makes the car steer. and it will cause these symptoms it will come off and wreck you also, there are other things that could do this also all just as dangerous. you need to drive it slowly to get it fixed. you can look at the parts while a friend wiggles the steering wheel back and forth to see what is loose it will have a lot of play in it.
