Turn the ignition switch to on. Turn radio off. press and hold 1 and 6 down on your radio. Turn the radio on. The radio will spit out a serial number. Write it down. Goto your dealer with prove that you own the vehicle. They will give you the radio code.

Check to see if your dealer gave you a paper printout with the code on it to store with your original papers.

Some dealers may have put it in the owner's manual, might want to check there or with your sales receipt paperwork.

Bought a car at auction and had no radio so I bought radio at salvage yard not going it needed a code

It's next to impossible to get the code for the radio, and if the junk yard doesn't have it they should refund you.

I need the radio code for a 2005 kia sedona

Unfortunately, that's something you'll most likely have to call the dealer about. I had a GM that had the same problem and the dealer wanted $80 just to look into their records to retrieve the code. Needless to say I bought an aftermarket radio for about $20 more.
Check your Owner's Manual book first. Sometimes the code will be printed somewhere on the inside of the front/back page or in the section that covers the code system itself. If nothing else, the manual may instruct you how to reset the system for just this situation.

Just recently my battery died and I got a change in now my Radio is in cd safe mode. The radio or cd wont come on or work. When I bought the Audi A6 Quatt, 2000 it did nt have a manuel book. So I'm just...

You need to call dealer and provide your VIN# for the code. It's a theft deterrent issue and dealer is only source. After you get code write it down in glovebox w/Sharpie for future refs.

Radio code

There might be a sticker in the glove box or on the back of the fuse box lid. If there is not sticker there with your radio code, Log on to radio-code.com. There is a $12.00 fee, but at least you can get your radio working again and for much less then the dealer. The other thing to that may work is carfax.com may have that information by using your VIN number. Good luck and hope you get your radio working again soon.

You will need to go to your dealer and ask them to give you the code. If you are sure that you have the right serial number ask the service advisor for the code.

as far as the security code for the radio, all you have to do is take it out and call the dealer and give them the number on the radio and they can give you the code. I had to do that with an acura integra and I would think isuzu would be able to do the same thing. Hope it works.
