Not sure what this has to do with a car! LMAO Take fish oil capsules for your hair. And quit dying it!! The root is of no help.

Consuming 1-2 grams of ginger might help with nausea, muscle soreness, and digestion. Beyond that, ginger has the potential to promote overall health, but the data is limited. Ginger doesn't appear to cause any health problems.
Don't exceed 4 grams of ginger per day from food, drink and supplements.
Check with your doctor if pregnant, as ginger supplementation is controversial.
You can also try a product called 'Ginger Chews'. These contain all the benefits of raw ginger but are more convenient. But be aware they are covered in sugar and the amount is quite high. Hope this helps. Cheers, Bob.

Need to know how to disconnect the wiring harness from the wiper switch on a 69 Ford F250 P/U

Hello Leroy...Look at the harness should see a retaining clip securing the two connectors together. When you find the clip retainer carefully lift up on the little plastic bar that secures the two...they can get very brittle so you can warm the connector with a hair dryer if your concerned about breaking it. Only flex the clip enough to detach the connectors.

My 65 corvair 110 won't start up , when it was running fine hours ago before I washe engine

Dry out all the ignition parts, distributor cap (inside and out) plug wires and caps including coil wire with a hair drier or heat gun on low. If no hair drier is not available dry the best you can and give a light spray with WD40.

I'm trying to make egg rolls but I'm not sure what to put in them? Please help

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 quart peanut oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 ounces shredded carrots
  • 8 (7 inch square) egg roll wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
Adjust Servings recipe yields 8 servings Directions
  1. Season pork with ginger and garlic powder and mix thoroughly. Heat mixture in a medium skillet, stirring, until pork is cooked through and no longer pink. Set aside.
  2. In another large skillet heat oil to about 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) or medium high heat. While oil is heating, combine flour and water in a bowl until they form a paste. In a separate bowl combine the cabbage, carrots and reserved pork mixture. Mix all together.
  3. Lay out one egg roll skin with a corner pointed toward you. Place about a 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the cabbage, carrot and pork mixture on egg roll paper and fold corner up over the mixture. Fold left and right corners toward the center and continue to roll. Brush a bit of the flour paste on the final corner to help seal the egg roll.
    1. Place egg rolls into heated oil and fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels or rack. Put on serving plate and top with sesame seeds if desired.

Is it better to replace a timing belt by mileage on it or time

As a rule mileage is the better gauge, but if the vehicle has sat unused for months at a time, then It is best to change it. If the car sits for long times, the rubber dries out and becomes "molded" to the position it is sitting in, becoming brittle and prone to breaking.

I was having a root in the back seat and when she got terribly excited and kicked the handbrake and we ended up in the drink so now that I have got it out I need to dry it out any suggestions

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome. WOW! OK then, if you got the engine wet, you could be in trouble. This is why. There are so many electrical components under the hood, when water is added, it will all short out. If it has been wet, it is hard telling what is working and what is not. You need to dry the engine with a hair dryer asap. Maybe you will get lucky. Use a shop vacuum to get the water out and air dry the vehicle. Sorry for your luck.

Antifreeze filling sparkplug boot.

well if antifreeze is filling the spark plug boot area there is only one way that can happen,,,the cylinder head must be porous and leaking coolant thru the aluminum casting into the spark plug boot area, youre gonna need a new cylinder head,,,,you could try a ginger root tab or like a radiator stop leak first if it not a major leak,,,thats might by you some time,,,but sometimes that stop leak stuff blocks up the heater core and then you have no heat,,,i owuld just replace the head, but if moneys tight risk the rad stop leak and maybe youll get lucky

I have a 1998 GMC Jimmy it runs great on a dry sunny day but lately I'm having issues after it rains. The engine will turn over but won't start?? distributor cap maybe?

First, I checked to make sure all spark plug wires were o.k.. There wasn't any visible cracks in the top of the distributor cap. So I took an old hair dryer and plugged it in. Set the hair dryer on the top of the distributor cap for about 10-12 minutes. Thats enough time to dry the inside of the distributor out. Engine starts fine so obviously there is a hair line crack somewhere on the distributor cap.
