Take it to a general mechanic, you need special tools to compress spring, and by the time you buy the tool its cheaper to get a garage to do it

My Peugeot 407 front right wheel area creeks like mad as I set off, break, turn. Just had track rods done but still occurs as before. Suspension rusty/dry? It's a 58 plate saloon!

Most likely a shock, spring or something with front suspension. What is happening is the suspension components can't move freely and therefore are creaking

Can i raise the front staying with the same 17" wheel?

several ways
use a tire with a big profile number ( if example 195-25 r17 the 25 is the tire profile height by changing to a 195-95 r17 you lift the front of the vehicle almost 3") all 4 wheels have to be changed to maintain steering stability ( talk with a tire shop for best advice )
next method is to fit new and better springs to the front suspension as the existing springs could be sagged down or cut to lower the vehicle (Talk wit a suspension shop for best advice )

I own a 23 Ford t bucket,i had a new front spring and shocks put on and now sometimes when I take off the front wheels start to wobble and I have to slow down for them to stop, what should I have done

first check the lug nuts on the wheels. if tight raise the car and try to turn the tires by hand. if a noise or wobble you have bad suspension parts or loose part.

Why my rear wheel is not straight like the front wheel.........

this is probably from a failed suspension bush and or spring/ shocky . Have it inspected by an accredited suspension specialist . When done ensure that the rear wheels are properly aligned as their alignment affects the front wheel alignment.

Replacing front struts

Okay....here is the steps first....and then the directions on how to use the tools:

  1. Raise and properly support the vehicle.
  2. Remove the front wheel.
  3. Detach the shock absorber lower mount by removing the two bolts.
  4. Remove the retainer nut, retainer, cushion and shock absorber.
  5. Detach the cushion retainer from the shock absorber.
  6. Compress the coil spring with a commercially available spring compressor.
  7. Detach the stabilizer bar.
  8. Support the upper suspension arm and steering knuckle securely.
  9. Remove the cotter pin.
  10. Loosen and remove the nut.
  11. Using a ball joint removal tool, detach the lower ball joint from the lower control arm.
  12. Loosen the suspension arm set bolt.
  13. Remove the suspension arm set bolt nut.
  14. Remove the nut from the strut bar front set bolt.
  15. Pull out both set bolts.
  16. Remove the lower suspension arm and coil spring. To install:
  17. Installation is the reverse of removal. Note the following torque specifications:
    1. Strut bar front set bolt: 221 ft. lbs. (300 Nm)
    2. Lower suspension arm set bolt: 148 ft. lbs. (200 Nm)
    3. Lower ball joint nut: 80 ft. lbs. (110 Nm)
    4. Lug nuts: 83 ft. lbs. (110 Nm).

Solution for cars Exhaust hitting road bumps

It sounds like your springs and or struts are well worn out from probably about 12 years of holding up the weight of the car and its passengers. The added weight of the second person is pulling the car down that much more now that the suspension has worn out. I'm not familiar with a Punto but I bet its a small car, the smaller the car the smaller the suspension (unless its a Porshe) and they usually last about 50,000 to 70,000 miles before you start to notice a "soft" suspension, swaying in turns and bit of role as you take turns hard. Hope it helps.
