Belt diagram I need a belt diagram for a 1995 dodge dakota with a 3.9L V6

NO VIN or Dodge engine told. ( we can't guess) gen 3 Dakota

3.7 L (226 cu in)
4.7 L (287 cu in)
3.7 or 4.7L
v6 or v8?


if gates belts , has no coverage for sans/ PS pump
then you must measures the new circumference and buy the new belt using that.
no the diagram is not the same. after all it is not a normally sold car like that.
if have done this many times deleting AC compressor.

this path V6, as you can the sans PS is way shorter belt
I used an old belt (normal) then cut it it down to get the fit
measured but gee the tension'er must be in mid scale for it to fit right
v6 is only one belt (gates belt dot com)
K06 13/16" x 88 1/8" wide/circum.
as seen here (no SANS PS there) try 10 more makers ? no me.

#3 i thinks is PS pump so belt new is shorter
and must not hit pulley 8. only you looking at that can answer it.
#1 is GEN and running gen down hits water pump8
no? or is way too close to 8, as belts flop a bit under load.

its around the engine mount L/S or R/S some have it on V6 left but you have a 4X4 and due to that is changees or there tuckd in higher. let me if this help.

Don't just try looking for the 3.7. The 4.7 has the same routing also. I can't get a diagram from my chrysler site but most quick lanes have the books on that and they should be able to talk you thru it.
