Theres no such thing as a diagram, here are the draining instructions, hope this helps...
1-Place a large drain pan beneath the radiator drain plug. The drain plug is located on the passenger side at the very bottom of the radiator on the engine side.
2-Make sure the engine is cool. Open the hood of the truck and remove the radiator cap.
3-Loosen the drain plug. On the 2000 Blazer, the drain plug is a wing-nut type of plug. Twist it with your fingers until the coolant begins to drain.
*To flush the block, once you have drained the radiator, run the engine for a bit untill the temp gauge goes up to normal, then the coolant will have been evacuated from the block.DO NOT leave the engine on, once it reaches normal temp, (this will happen quick) turn off right away, otherwise you'll be forking out a few hundred $$$ to fix the worped heads. 4-Tighten the drain plug with your fingers once the coolant has drained fully from the radiator. Remove the drain pan and dispose of the used coolant properly. Some service stations will take and recycle your used coolant. Hope this helps...
2000 Chevy Blazer 4 door with pop up glass and drop down gate. I experienced this exact problem 4 years ago. The glass unlock actuator inside the drop down hatch has a small plastic piece connect to it. This piece pushes the glass unlock mechanism. In order to temporarily unlock, you must pull the carpeting piece down and located in the center is an access hole where your can depress the unlock mechanism from inside, until you find a replacement piece. I recommend the pick and pull lots where you can find a similar make and model blazer with the drop down gate. I was able to get the piece and actuator (just in case) for $5. You will have to disassemble the gate in order to replace the plastic piece which is easily removed from the actuator, but cannot be fixed with glue, even with crazy glue. Have a excellent day and pass it on!
Since the 2000 chevy blazer is equipped with SRS (Saftey Restraint System), ie: Airbags, which is located in the steering wheel. In order to replace the turn signal switch you must remove the steering wheel. Therefore I would only highly advise you to take it to a dealer to have this done.
Try starting the vehicle , place the emergency brake on , switch from drive to nuetral. with engine running try to move the 4wd handle. If your handle moves in and out of 4 wheel drive and the selector handle moves into 2wd you need to drive the vehicle to get it out of 4 wheel low otherwise the 4 wheel drive solenoid may be stuck . This is located on the front axle . round with a vacuum line coming off it. Check the vacuum line at the solenoid or it may be the solenoid. Gook luck with your fix
The problem is in the idle air control motor. It is mounted on the throttle body with two bolts, you can pull it off and make sure it is not caked with carbon also check where it mounts on the throttle body and make sure it is not caked with carbon.
