How to fix high aidla speed on Daewoo nubira 1998?

High idle speed on any fuel injected car engine ussually means an intake air leak or faulty idle speed motor, but maybe faulty coolant temp switch, check if coolant level in radiator is to top of neck ONLY OPEN RADITOR WHEN ENGINE IS COLD, this is for personal safety. Get a trigger spray bottle of water and spray around all parts of the inlet manifold if leak evident rgine should run slightly rough. other poss prob could be brake booster faulty or booster one way faulty or hose split. Good luck.

Where is the radiator cap on a 2000 daewoo nubira

Your coolant reservoir is on the side of the battery, has a yellow cap with a shell alike engraving. Just be sure that engine is cool before to open it; remember safety first!

What transmission fluid is recommended for daewoo nubira 11 there is over heating even especially when travelling on the hills though I have changed the thermostat and have giving the fan direct function...

SAE 80W if manual transmission and DEXRON III if automatic. But overheating has nothing to do with the gearbox, it has to do with the cooling system where it might be few factors, best option is to take out the thermostat and than see how the car is behaving, I mean physically take out the unit so the coolant can pass free. Especially if you live in Ghana :)

How do you adjust the ignition timing on a 1.6 litre 1999 daewoo nabira?

there are no adjustments on these systems. the ecu controlls all parameters. sensors that will affect it would be the knock sensor, crnk and cam positioning sensors, coolant temp sensor. what kind of problems are you having?

Oil clean, oily antifreeze, blue smoke

Bet it's either a bad head gasket or intake gasket.
Is there any wetness around the area where the engine
head meets the block? Pooling around or near the intake plenum/manifold?

I recently had repairs done to cylinder head due to timing belt failure, caused by faulty tensioner. I now have the problem of too much pressure in the cooling system including bubbling water in reservoir....

sometimes when u drain the cooling system, and refill(change waterrpump, radiator, thrmo)u get trapped air in the system sometimes theres a bleeder screw usually on the thermostat housing, any way u gotta relieve the trapped air best way is to take off radiator cap put heat on high, start the vehicle wait till thermostat opens once and closes usually it will start spilling out the top thats fine let it run 4 like 7 to 8 mins refill recap check it out hopefully thats all it is
