An A4 chassis is not adjustable per say. The only adjustement to the camber is to shift the subframe unit left or right to make the 2 sides more equal possible. By shifting the unit after slacking the 4 bolts holding it to the chassis one side will become more negative and the other more positive as the 2 move together. There is a little adjustement in the ball joints but usually will make more problems to the caster when touched. By shifted the unit forwards and back you'll play with the caster a little too but not recommended. If it's still not in specs after doing this by alot you might consider something is bent.

On the side of the door, in the door jam their is a plastic cover, behind that is a screw. You have to loosen the screw a few turns and remove the outer (smaller) door handle. DO NOT remove the screw all the way or the assembly will fall apart. With that removed you can now see the inside because you removed that small fake lock assembly. Then with a pick you have to remove the small cable out the other part of the larger door handle. That goes to the lock assembly.

Also I don't know if you unbolted the door latch assembly. Those two big screws in the door jam under the small screw with the plastic cover that you had to loosen to get the fake lock assembly to slide out.

Thnx.

I need to reset my car alarm on my 02 vw golf. the battery has been replaced so alarm wont unlock doors

stick key in driver door lock and unlock it. If that works, now see if the remote will unlock the door or doors..i remember reading in an owners manual once where you can program which doors open and close by they way you press and hold down the two main buttons, also after a battery change in the remote, i think, but not sure, i did this on a blazar i once owned... the owners manual said, that you had to be within 20 feet and press and hold down both buttons till it makes the arming sound.... Can i get some feedback cause im curious..thanks.

I have a vw golf Wolfsburg 99,2.0 & my passenger front window won't go down. Is there something I could test or should I just assume it is the electric window regulator? thank you

turn on the interior light, then push passenger window switch to lower window if light dims then its not regulator(motor)that will give you something else to look for!! also make sure drivers door iso switch is on

Drivers electric window suddenly fell down inside of door

thw window either came off the window slider or the slider bracket, this can be determined by removing the door panel. this could also be cable driven and the cable has disconnected or broke, can also be determined by removing door panel.

Left front window fell inside door, vw golf 2000 modal electric windows

Either the glass came off the rail, or the roller came off the rail. You'll have to take your door panel off and see what happened. It's usually an easy fix.

Vw bora central locking

I would check the electrical wiring connector that connects to the B Pillar (the structure between the front and back doors looking for a pinched wire. If you move the rummer boot around a bit I think you can get a pretty good look at the wires and you will be looking for one that might be dangling loose. If this sort of thing isn't really up your alley a trip to the dealer may be in order.
