I looked at that and they are plugged in. I think it is the switch on the steering column. I don't know of anything else it could be.

I had the same problem. Even though I couldn't see it, my rear window was down. Prestigehi's solution to put the rear window down and up again worked perfectly!!!!!
    Thank you very much!!!!!!!

I had the same problem. I spent a full afternoon checking fuses. My rear window was down a fraction of an inch. Put your window down and up again before spending any money.

Wow - after 45 minutes checking every fuse and relay I tried the window down and back up - now it works perfect!

Look inside the door, there should be an electrical plug and connector. make sure it's plugged in.

there may be a relay also, under your hood in engine compartment. they are both not operated by the same switch, are they.

Windshield wipers stop working when the defroster is on

The only thing they have in common is the ignition switch.

My turn signals, windshield wipers and rear window defroster stopped working all at the same time. The fuse and multi-function switch are both fine.

Check all fuses with test light or multimeter. I tend to agree with you that it is probably a fuse. Not knowing of any "hidden" fuses or in-line fuses on that system. But sometimes other fuses that are not labeled as wiper or turn signal might be used for power also. So, check all fuses including the ones under the hood.

Rear wiper, rear defroster & rear wiper fluid all stopped working at the same time. bought a new rear wiper motor installed it and nothing... anyone having or had the same problem in the past?

Check fuse panel ...if fuses for those rear devices are OK look at the wiring at the rear hatch. Possibly inside that door, or a ground condition that is not functioning or disconnected connector related to electrical devices in the rear hatch door.
Good luck!

Rear windshield wiper and defroster won't work

Check the fuse panel to make sure there isn't a fuse that is blown. If it is just replace the fuse and it should work.

Rear wiper does not work at all. front wipers work fine. rear washer works

1. check the fuse to the rear wiper motor
2. check for power to rear wiper motor at the motor (power wire going in to the wiper motor with rear wiper switch on)
If you have good fuses & have power going in to the rear wiper motor...
3. Pull old rear wiper motor and install a new rear wiper motor.
Thank you please drive thru......

Rear windshield wiper works...somtimes?

I have a 2004 suburban that had wiper/defroster problems. I would check the connector between the hatch and the body. It is located at the top right corner. The plug is under the rubber boot where it enters the body. Mine had lost connection due to corrosion and needed to have a jumper wire placed around the connector for the power and ground wires. Give it a look and see if that is the problem.

Windshield wipers

From your owners manual:

Fuse#11 30A , Wiper Run/Park
Relay, Wiper Hi/LO Relay, Windshield Wiper
Motor, Rear Washer Pump Relay

U will also need to check the relays if the fuse is ok, the relay, it is the underhood fuse box
Relay #202 — Front Wiper Run/Park Relay
