E10 fuel is E10 Fuel safe for a 1990 camry

If you are referring to gasoline mixed with 10% ethanol, yes, it is Ok to use this in your car. What you should NOT use is what is sometimes referred to as "E-85"; which has much more ethanol. A high concentration of ethanol (E85 and the like) on cars like yours will damage the nylon pickup filter on the fuel pump in the fuel tank. Let me know if this answers your question.

No problem at all. Good luck getting gas _without_ 10% ethanol nowadays.

I agree with expert ED, 10% is safe for most modern cars.

Can a 2002 2.4 toyota camry use petrol with ethnaol in it

It can, but nobody will recommend it, except maybe the manufacturer.
Cars aren't designed to run on ethanol, and when they do, alot of the parts can become worn and tired, quicker than usual. For the few cents you save when filling your tank up with fuel, you'll lose it all, and some when you have to cough up for some hefty repairs.

1990 camry 4cyl 270k miles intermittant rough idle

Sounds like you have an intermittant problem, check all your wirirng, then you can move on to ignition related coil reluctor wheel ( in side the distribitor electronic control module again inside the distribitor. It could also be a fuel system problem do you hear the fuel pump come on when you turn on the key, the fuel pump should cycle until it devlops adequate pressure ( usually 3 - 4 seconds)

Toy turns over but wont run change fuel filter n fuel pump still

The fuel pump should run for a second or two when you first turn the key on, but then shuts down to prevent the engine from flooding if the computer does not get a signal from the crank or cam sensors which the computer uses to trigger the ignition system. So no spark no fuel. Check to see if you have a spark in the ignition system.

1990 Camry runs roughly when accelerating, especially up hills...

This could be a problem with plugs, wires, distributors, fuel filter or fuel injectors. Try changing the plugs and wires first, then the fuel filter. If you are changing the plugs and wires, make sue you use anti seizing compound and dielectric grease.
