Engine will not crank at all...still getting electric power

I'm still getting electrical power to all functions lights, fans & radio etc., but the engine will not turn over at all....when i turn the ignition key the vehicle gives a little bump and then nothing else...i was riding along and the car just stopped as i was about to make a left turn...the check engine light had not been on and there seemed to be nothing wrong up to that point...once again this is a 2004 jeep liberty....which had been running fine up to this happening today

OK... my baby comes home today after 3 days of trying to figure this out... it is a broken piece in the steering column that disengages the iginition. It is not the starter, not the alernator... Wheel must come off and part replaced... about $200.00
Good luck.

1989 Camry electrical Issues

wow old and still on the road that old, rare here, USA.
the charge lamp means the Aternator is failing
causes are.
1: belt slips to it or belt missing
2: wire to it fell off. or burned, cut etc.
3: fuse huge 50amp blown under hood.
4:the alternator is bad.
5:engine trouble such that RPM is 500 rpm AT IDLE AND THE ALTERNATORS JUST DO NO LIKE THAT.

ALL YOUR STATED EVIDENCE IS 100% NORMAL FOR DEAD ALT.

charge up the battery and drive to a shop and tell them to fix the ALT.

Won't turn over

Even though all your other electrical bits are working it could be that your battery doesn't have enough juice to crank the engine. It doesn't take much power to run the radio, lights, etc, but cranking the engine requires the battery to have a very strong charge. If your battery is more than 5 years old, that's very likely the issue. I'd start there. Also, be sure to check the battery terminals and ground for corrosion and clean if necessary. If replacing the battery doesn't solve the problem it could be the starter solenoid or a loose electrical connection somewhere.

No electrical power to engine

check you fuses and clean your battery terminals, you might have a relay that controls you ignition. or could be your coil pack.
