I've had a million and one people look at my RS coupe and not one can tell me where to find the horn relay switch! We've checked under the hood and under the dashboard.... I was told it was under the dashboard on the passengers side.... I havent checked yet but i know it's not under the dash on the drivers side!

Which of the 3 relays located in the glove box is the starter relay, it is a 1997 chevy 4x4 blazer

The relay closest to the driver's side is the fuel pump relay. The middle relay is the horn relay. All three relays are exactly the same. So, you can switch two of them to see if they both work or not.

97 cavalier horn stopped working. Fuse is OK. I hear no clicking noise when I press the horn. Other that a bad horn or a loose wire to the horn, what else might be the problem?

There are tow things other than the gorm that could be bad. The forst (And most likely) is the horn switch located in the steering wheel. These are fragile and easy to break, and not to easy to replace. If you find that the switch is the problem, you would be better served to mount an external horn switch on the dash near the driver. This is legal for inspection in most states (check with your local inspection authority first). The otherr item that could be bad is the horn relay. It is located under dash on the passengers side kickpanel near the glove box. it is mounted in a relay panel there. You should hear it click when preesing the horn switch if the car is quiet enough.

The horn in my 2003 chevy cavalier stopped working and i need to know why it stopped working and where the horn is located

It may be your horn fuse. It will be in one of your fuse boxes. Just follow your diagram on the fuse box lid.

1999 Chevy Cavalier Horn Relay Location

The relay is located under the glove compartment. Little difficult to get to but if you peek your head just underneath, you'll see it. Easy to take out and replace. Ive replaced mine and still have a problem. I hear a clicking noise and even can feel the contact when horn is pressed. I changed the horn about 1yr ago and now am wondering if the horn could have gone out so soon.
