ts likely a leak in the seal for the windshield Take it to an auto glass shop they have a tool its like a neddle and they can shut some sealer under the molding it olny takes a few minutes and if they can find the spot where its leaking it should stop but its hard for them to tell so if they don;t get it the first time don;t get to mad at them

it is tighten from under the car but you should have some tools to tighten it you can ask a specialist in your garage it is easy

u should be able to sqeeze the sides of the glove just far enough to get past the stops of the glove box. then u should see the access to the filter
