fuel guage indicator does not go beyond half tank irrespective of fuel capacity bought. When the quantity of fuel is likely more than half tank, it is shown on the indicator as a quarter-tank. How best can I resolve this?

Sounds like you have a bad fuel gauge sending unit.

Suzuki virara v6 ex sender earth wire

we, usa only have Grand vitara's in 05.???
our car if you scan it will show intermittant sender DTC errors.

the fsm BOOK cover these tests.
you unplug the connector, shown.
you attach and DMM , set to ohms.
about 2 to 150 ohms is range. low is full, 150 empty.
on mine, 32 ohms is 1/2 full. but as always, RTM
read the manual. the FSM.
or at

the book shows what resistance for the sender equals 1/2 full
easy huh, a $10 meter and bam, the answer , no guessing
and draining a tank of fuel and wasted 5hrs labor +

pull the connector to sender
turn on key , guage must go to empty.
if not the wiring or gauge (rare) are bad.
if yes, the sender is hosed. (or jammed)

Fuel guage si reading empty but gas is in it

The fuel filter would not cause this unless the fuel tank connector was disturbed and the signal from the fuel level sensing unit is not getting to the gauge. i suggest you find that out first.

The fule injector is not getting any power is there any thing in betwin the ECU and the injector? 1992 suzuki sidekick 1.6 EFI 8V

most fuel injectors have a continuous power supply with the key on. they are controlled on the ground side by the ecm. there is no relay or anything between the ecu and the injectors. there is a lot of wiring though and there are fuses which supply power to the injectors.
