This problem is usually associated with the headlight switch. make sure wire plugs are tight and secure or you may need to replace the switch

Anti theft light blinking, dash lights up,windows roll up and down but car wont start. How do I start it?

If the anti theft light is blinking and you say that everything else fine.. My first thought is that the key is not programmed to the vehicle. The key has a internal chip that must be programmed to vehicle in order to start. Now my other question is, Is the key your using for the vehicle the original key or have you just recently had a key made? Regardless, in order for the yur Tribute to start, the key. Or keys have to be program to vehicle by your neighbor dealership. Thats the reason for your anti theft light is blinking

sounds like an alarm system that has the horn disconnected,so when you start the vehicle it trips the alarm then resets itself after awhile .see if there is an aftermarket Alarm system under the dash and remove it!

Engine wont start

Is it clicking at all. Do you have power.

Turn the headlights on are they bright. Turn the key over do the headlights stay bright.

Start with the easiest and most common problem. Battery is head is has a dead cell and is unable to hold a charge strong enough to turn the engine over.
