It keeps stalling out, some times it will restart right away, sometimes yyou hsve to wait awhile, fuel pressure is around 45 lbs constant, I replaced the cam sensor and the fuel pump relay and the coil....

Wow 45 lbs fuel pressure. Sure thats not your oil pressure? What about the fuel filter. I had a bad clog/dirty fuel filter that did that. Also I've gotten bad gas before. Is this just since you filled up a full tank? Might try some stp fuel treatment and try to get more fuel to dilute whats in there if it is bad. Seems like every time the gas prises go up you hear about people getting bad gas. Pull a plug and look at the color. Compare the color. Seems like a little white is good. But dark gunk isn't. If its a fuel problem it'd might be visible on the plugs.

I own a 2002 Dodge Dakota 4x4 truck. As I am stepping on the gas pedal, the truck starts to slow down and makes a rough sound as though something is not receiving gas. The best way to describe the sound...

I would try 3 things
1. when was the fuel filter replaced last? I would replace it if you don't know when and you may have ran into some bad gas. Replace it.
2. Same with the air filter.
3. Add fuel injector cleaner.
Hope this helps.

Does anyone know any ways to improve gas milage in a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan V6 engine

the best ways are still the old ways,
keep it tuned up,new wires, air filter, fuel filter, keep throttle body cleaned out, keep tire pressure at 35psi,
and you can see if your mileage increases by burning one tank of the middle gas instead of the lowest octane.

I have a dodge 2001 Dakota 3.9 and it does not get good gas mileage. i think it needs a tune up, i check the motor in the dark and notice a little spark from a spark plug wire.

i recommend to replace the spark plugs and the spark plug wires (it is always recommended to replace both at the same time) it is also a good idea to replace the air filter and fuel filter if this hasnt been done long time or if you do a lot of driving and you have done it in a while i still recommend to do so and it is a good idea at this time of the year to change the oil if it hasnt been done w/i the last 3 months or 3,000 miles which ever is first. this will fix that spark problem and improve gas mileage.

Bad Gas mileage. I am getting around 12 - 13.5 mpg around town. 5.2 4spd auto. 90K miles. Thoughts?

Have a complete tune up performed , includes spark plugs , wires cap and rotor. Change air filter element and have a fuel induction service performed as well.

Replacing fuel filter

Unfortunatly most dakotas have an inline fuel filter, its located in the gas tank because there not supposed to need regular maintenance or changing. Basically you have to drop your gas tank to get the fuel filter out.

Horrible gas mileage

What are your driving habits like? If you start fast and stop quick this will take at least 10mpg off
Get a vacuum guage and mount it on the dash and run it to a strong vacuum source on the engine, hopefully you have around 19-21" at idle and then drive and try to keep the vacuum reading as high as you possibly can this means very light foot on the throttle and on the brakes, easy steady acceleration and no speeding I have seen thousands of people complain of fuel milage and after seeing their driving habits they are the problem not the car. Im not saying you drive hard but just in case change it and you will see with a vacuum guage and tru to keep that needle up around 17-20" all the time your fuel mileage will improve dramatically.
