2001 dodge stratus radio

I have a 2001 dodge stratus and the bass and treble lights are blinking and nothing on the radio is working. I have replaced the fuses and I have tried disconnecting the battery cable and still nothing what else can it be. This radio has never been touched its a factory radio. Same problem. My Timing Control Module failed and the radio went shortly after that. Replaced TCM but the radio treble and bass lights continue to blink slowly and there is no other life in the radio.

I have the identical problem only just out of the blue the radio quit working and those lights started blinking.

I have exactly the same problem - just bought my 2001 Dodge Dakota, and the digital clock was working (never tried the radio), but suddenly it stopped and about that time I  noticed the blinking bass and treble lights which I'm sure weren't blinking before. I hadn't tried the radio before that, but when I did, it didn't work.

Still waiting for solution, but will try the suggested fuse reseating one and hope it works!

I researched and found I needed to reseat or replace the IOD fuse. In my Dakota this is labled "Interior Lights". By pulling this fuse it allowed the radio to reset and everything came back. Hope it works !

Also had no radio but flashing bass/treble indicator lights. As suggested by another post, I disconnected neg. batt. cable and pulled the "interior cluster" fuses, re-set them and then reconnected batt. cable. This fixed the radio.

First I would try to disconnect the negative cable and then reconnect the cable. See if it resets.
