Question about 2001 Porsche 911 Carrera
I want to know what kind of problems could i expect when i see the check engine light on?
Is there any problem to still drive my car for a few days before going to the garage?
Mcdevito75 here, The check engine light is connected to your cars computer and the computer monitors the engines functions, air fuel ratio, speed, idle, spark etc. when the check engine light comes on, it"s a signal 1 or more of these sensors is not sending correct info to the computer, it could aslso signal 1 or more of the motors the computer controls to run your engine is out of whack, lucily the manufacturers know this and usually the car can be driven fore a short while, but you fisk break down also but un-likeky. Still have your shop run a scan on your cars computer system,
