High beam headlights stuck on replaced switch same problem

It can be issue with headlight switch, but as its already been replaced.Try disconnecting high beam headlight wiring from headlight assembly and reconnect direct external wire from headlight switch to headlight assembly, then by switch see if headlight is getting off and turning on or not.

Will not start. Tested Starter brand new ignition switch new batt got power to head lights, but raido windsheld and windows don't work

this sounds like a main feed wire to the ignition switch is open, check connections of wiring on positive battery post, these are bad to corrode! And they can be eat up from acid vapors!

My left headlight highbeam light works and the lowbeam don't why

the filament on the low beam burnt out. but the high beam didn't. You have a filament for each. 1 for high beam and 1 for low beam in the same light bulb. You need a new head light.

Turn signals don't work on '89 taurus gl. Fuse is good, flasher is new. I tried a different turn switch on the column but still nothing. Wiper, washer and highbeams work on the switch just not the trun...

still sounds like the multi-function switch on the column. If you have old one, take apart and look for discolored coating on copper strips. clean with emery cloth and add di-electric grease.
