You have a job ahead of you, most are bolted in and can be taken out as an assebly. sometimes you have to replace the motor as well as the cable assembly. thats the way gm does things. you may have one or two rivets to drill out that holds the guide assembly. do not overtighten the nuts that hold your glass onto the guide
