The ac in my cadillac deville only comes on when i increase the speed when i drive, so in other words, if i drive slow it wont come on and if i jus start the car and turn the air on; it wont come on t
Thats the only problem i have, the air doesnt come on when we turn it on, only when we drive faster for s certain amount of time, is this the computer's fault? a old fuse or something?

I have seen this problem before and the cause could be TCC Staying in Lock-up or an Electrical Issue within the Engine itself or a Fuel Delivery Issue.
If the Transmission TCC is the issue, try driving at slower speeds (below 30 and come to a stop, does it Shut off then? Increase Speed by 10 and try again. Does it react differently once you go above 42-45 MPH?
It sounds like the transmission oil could be low as it doesn’t have to be down much for your type of problem to occur. To check, the oil should be warm with the engine running and the transmission in Neutral. The level on the dipstick should be between the Low and Full Marks. There is about 1 Pint difference between the marks.
Either of the two reasons.
1. The slow running is slower than required. In other words, the idling speed is slow. Just increase it a little.
Or
2. The fuel line is clogged/blocked. Clean it
The cooling fans will not come on until 225 degrees. Normal temp is around 199-215. Sitting still in traffic most will inch up around 220 or so. When you turn ac on it turns the fans on and may cool down engine, Check fan operation.
