Question about 1997 Ford F350 Crew Cab
I have a 1997 7.3 and it is hard to start when its cold. I was told to check the glow plug realy and timer. Where is it and how do I check this. Also how to tell if my glow plugs are good or bad.
On a 7.3 you have to take off the valve cover to test the glow plugs disconnect the wires from each glow plug and take a single wire run it from the positive pole of the battery and touch the tip of the glow plug. If it sparks it is good and if not it is bad. do this one by one. I have almost the same problem but mine is the icp above desired and here in belize nobody knows about 7.3.
