It depends on where the most of your driving is is it stop and go city driving or is it highway? city driving you don't need o/d, but the shuttering is a different matter the 95 t-bird trans are notorious for shuttering even at highway speeds the only solution i found for this is to completely drain the trans and torque converter of fluid change filters and replace with mercon 5 fluid.my trans has shuttered ever since we got it and this was 4 years ago and she has 190,000 miles on her and she still rides.

When driving under 30 mph you should keep the OD in the off position..Light showing on guage...Otherwise it tends to jump in and out of OD which will burn the trans out....If you feel it shuddering then then you know your trans is on its way out.....

The relay for the radiator fan is inside a controller which is in the engine compartment. You can check online auto parts stores to get a picture of the controller. It runs around $150.

If it is slow,on all speeds, then the blower motor is most likely the problem, replace it.

This sounds as if the (pcm) Powertrain control module has a ground circuit. It will need to be replaced.

My 95 ford thunderbird V8 LX bogs down when i get to the top of a hill and then i can not give it any gas it just jerks.

It is probably the fuel pump which involves cleaning the tank. YOu can also change the fuel filter which will be attached to the line running from the fuel tank to the engine. Usually midway on the vehicle. this is the cheapest thing to try. the only other possibility is dirty injectors
