Question about 2003 Ford Focus
My dash lights and tail lights and rear plate light are not working when light switch is on. how ever when i use my auto start they all work fine, untill i press the brake pedal to shift into drive then they go out again. but while im driving i can still use my turn signals.and brake light, when i let off the brake pedal my tail lights are not luminated like they should be,and my dash lights are still out
You'll have to read through your owners manual. For some time Auto makers have been putting your taillights on the same fuse as your dash lights as an automatic indicator that they are out. I would read through your owners manual and decided where and what fuse will supply power to the taillights and dash lights. If indeed all fuses in connection with the dash lights are good I would suspect the automatic starter.
