Remove your blower motor and check to see that its circulating without restraint. It could have warped over time and lost its symetry causing it to strain the fan blades and or motor. Sometimes moisture can enter and cause other problems associated with the blower motor and or parts.Corrosion, debris buildup, poor electrical contacts etc....

Where is the fuel filter on a honda 1991 civic wagon?

You will find the fuel filter under the hood, center, upper firewall, mounted in the fuel line. Trace the fuel lines from the intake system if you have trouble finding it.

Chevrolet celebrity Climate controls Problem

You cannot stop the outside air from coming in while driving. Vehicles equipped with A/C draws in outside air while driving and directs the airflow through the floor vents...even with the switch in the off position. This is normal and does not indicate a problem.

1989 HOnda civic Wagon-- headlight bulb replacement

You should have a rubber boot over the bulb with wires going through it. Pull back the rubber boot to expose the bulb housing and grasp firmly and turn counter-clockwise a 1/4 turn and the bulb and housing pulls out. Replace the bulb and reverse the procedure. Make sure not to touch the new bulb with your bare hands, this would leave your skin oils on the bulb and could blow it out prematurely.
