Hesitant starting problem

I have just bought an 06 accord 4 cyl. about a month ago, recently it seems to hesitate to start everytime but eventually does start, it is worse when it is colder and when it sits for a day or two without driving, i have had the battery and charging system checked at local auto part store and they both checked out fine, is this a starter problem or something else? ignition? solenoid? is my solenoid a one piece assembley with my starter or can i just change the one causing the problem?

it turns a few times then starts, the longer it sits in the cold the longer it turns before it starts, definitely longer than normal

98 Accord DX clicks once when key is turned, eventually starts

Check battery terminals and make sure they are free of corrosion and are tightly secure on battery. If all is good it may be the stater that's sticking. or maybe clutch safety switch on clutch pedal is going bad. Good Luck contact me if you need more help
