The plug comes out counter clockwise , use a six point socket with a long a long handled ratchet, they can be a bugger, the rubber seal is what sticks

Changing oil pan gasket

Plymouth Voyager 3.0L Oil Pan

On the bottom the the motor you will find 2 brackets connected to the motor by the transmission loosen off the motor mount bolt ( you don't have to take it off )
undo the bolts holding the brackets to the block of the motor once that is done you can now move the brackets just enough to allow full access to the oil pan access then one by one remove the oil pan bolts which should be a 10mm scocket

Oil leak in a 98 plymouth breeze 2.0

I've had a 1990 Acclaim, a 1990 Shadow, and a 1998 Breeze, all have a head gasket leak. The Breeze was the only one to have oil leak and it was on the rear of the engine. I'd guess that's your problem.

1998 plymouth breeze left rear brake stays on

Your E-brake cable needs a to be loosened up and you need to see if the E. Brake is locking up, if the cable is not frayed then you have a problem with a check valve in the master cylinder or in the T where the line goes to the left and right. If you want to know how to check out the hydraulic problem it is more detailed, but first you must make sure that the mechanical part is not binding up.

I don't have the owners manual for a 1999 plymouth breeze

Automatic Transmissions normally won't have a drain plug. You have to take all the pan bolts out and lower the pan to drain the fluid. you will make a mess!!

Oil pan gasket replacement

It shouldn't be hard on that car as the oil pan is exposed. Unplug the oil plug and drain the oil. Then unbolt the oil pan, clean off the old gasket and replace. Make sure you scrape both the pan and the block clean thoroughly and then bolt back up. Don't forgot to replug the drain plug.

How do I change the serpentine belt on a 1998 Plymouth Breeze?

look around the power steering pump, (Under or maybe behind) you should see a belt tensioner, loosen it and any other brackets close to that have a sliding point, once loose, the belt should slip right6 off, pay close attichion to the way it comes off, you don't wanna put it back on backwards, or your water pump will run in the wrong direction and cause it to over heat

Spark plug nut broke off and ceramic came completly out leaving threads and ring stuck in block plugs sets roughly 8 in into head. its is a 98 breeze 2.4 any ideas on getting it out

Yes.....use a good spiral extractor and lots of patience. DO NOT spray penetrating oil into spark plug hole. And don't run the engine to "get it hot" hoping the heat will help loosen it. It will NOT work. A quality reverse spiral extractor and a breaker bar WILL do the trick if patience is used.
