You need a dashboard from a 1997-1998 model. In 96 there was no passenger air bag, and in 1999 there was another update, so you are kind of limited. Stick with a 1997-98 Chevy or GMC dash and you should be okay.

Heater core is under the dash in the same enclosure as the interior fan motor. as to remove/replace, I recommend getting a chilton's manual for your vehicle, they have step by step instructions and specifications. Its a great investment if you want to do things yourself, and if it's too complicated it should give you an idea as to what to expect from a mechanic
Hi, there is a park relay in middle of the interior relay box under the dash to the left of the steering column. This is shown on page 6-61 of your owner's manual (http://www.extendedgmwarranty.com/owners-manual/gmc/2001-GMC-Yukon-Denali.pdf)
With the battery connected, pull out the relay and push it back in. If it clicks when you do this, the headlight switch is bad. If it doesn't click, the relay is bad. Try swapping the relay with another similar relay, such as the horn or A/C relay. If that solves the problem you need a relay. If not, you need a switch. The Master Booster is located in the Engine compartment. You shouldn't have to touch anything under your dash at all. The master comes unbolted, you slide it out slightly to disconnect and hardware that may be connected and then remove it. GMC sometimes add connectors to the linking parts between the brake pedal and Booster but they can be disconnected and should be disconnected from the engine side of the firewall. I recommend you get the Haynes repair manual on your vehicle before continuing that repair.
