Hi the tdc mark sits on the gearbox side on the flywheel to get number 1 piston TDC for the cams you need locking tools that fits on the back sind of the cam boxes

#1 piston must be on the compression stroke top dead center

where is dignose plug for fiat strada 1.6 elx 2006 model

timing marks are typically on the crank pulley, without knowing what vehicle it is, look around the water pump. sometimes, there is a gap behind the water pump where you can see the marks. either way, they should be on the crank pulley.
