1995 buick park avenue a/c digital face stoped working and now blowing cold air all the time

Quite possible a blown fuse. However there is also a blower control module located under the hood near the center of the fire wall. It bolts into the heater box assembly, not to far from the blower motor. You may have to remove the relay/fuse cover assembly to see it. They are known to short out and cause all kinds of problems. Remember though it could also be a simple fuse in that area or under the dash. The worst case here is the whole climate control system in the dash failed.

Does the 1995 buick park ave. have a blower motor relay if so where is it located

I have a black hose coming off my blower motor on a 95 Buick Park ave. Is this just a breather or does the side of the hose coming off the blower housing go into something? Right now I have it just pointing downward.

1996 buick park avenue. I don't have any power to the heater, wipers or radio. I have checked all the fuses.

Sometimes the fuses will look OK, but still be bad. Did you check the fuses with a test light?

REPAIR MANUAL 1995 BUICK PARK AVE

THE RELAY FOR THE ABS SYSTEM IS IN THE UNDER HOOD FUSE/RELAY CENTER. IT IS LOCATED ON THE FIRE WALL UNDER A PLASTIC COVER MARKED FUSES RELAYS. THERE ARE THREE CONNECTERS HOLDING IT. ONE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE AND TWO TOWARD THE MIDDLE. THE TWO TOWARD THE MIDDLE MUST BE TURNED ONLY 1/2 TURN AND THEN THE COVER CAN BE PULLED OFF.
