No brakes When I step on the brake I hear a shhhhhh under the dash board, and the pedle goes all the way to the floor. I also have no brakes. I have bled the brakes lines, and this does not fix the problem.

Hi
First your car want to check brake system.
1-check your bads and disck , or drums.
2-check your brake pipes and leak
3- check the brake master cylinder
4- check brake booster or brake assistant, you can check aply the brake after start the engine your feet brake will go down if not this is not working it is makes leak so change the booster. remove the brake master cylinder after you can loose four bolts under the dush boad.

I have 1959 dodge royal 4 door sedan have replaced all brake parts and bled them no pedle clamp off front hoses good brakes on back as soon as clamps remooved pedle goes to floor no leaks

Have you adjusted the brake shoes on the fronts? There should be a "star wheel" that you turn from behind the brake drum to adjust the shoes. Adjust until there's just a bit of drag on both sides...
Back that long ago, some brakes were not "self adjusting".

What could cause brake lights to work every now and then

I would check your brake light swich located under dash just fallow your brake pedle with a test light see if you have power going to it slitely press brake pedle see if other side of switch has power (key on car not running) if not try ajusting it by pulling on it or unscewing it if all checks out ok replace turn signal switch disconnect battery remove center part of steerring remove center bolt with steerring puller pull steering wheel with locking plate puller pull locking plate remove turn signal handle emergency button three scews holding turn signal under dash fallow steering colum disconect wires on right side (passenger side) tape a long wire to end of connector pull turn signal without pulling tape wire all the way out so you can tape it to new turn signal wire connector to be able to pull wires back down steerring colume (you might have to losen steerring colume and bracket two scews under dash four on steering colume)

I have a 2003 eddie bauer ford expedition, when im driving, i can hear a sound like air coming from a tire under the dash on the drivers side floor area. when i tap on my break the sound goes away, what...

A vacuum leak. Look & listen for hissing noise where rubber or nylon lines come through firewall under dash near brake pedal. Also look under hood at large hose going to back of brake master cylinder, power brake booster.

If the fluid level is ok, and there are no apparent leaks under the truck, your master cylinder needs to be replaced.

1997 Nissan Quest brake lights will not go off

there is a switch under the dash that turns on and off the break lights. it is connected to the pedle and a stationary spot under the driverside dash.try pulling up on the pedle to turn the switch off. if this does not work take it to a mechanic to replace the switch. they are not to expensive under $20.00 through napa.
