Where is the reset button for fuel pump c

I think the reset switch is in the rear quarter panel. Open the rear hatch and remove the passenger panel. I am not positive on this it could be on the other side. But on the 1990's vintage it was on the right. This switch is used for "roll overs" to shut of the fuel. You might have a bad pump or clogged filter instead.

I rolled my 2000 ford taurus and was wondering if there is a main reset button for it

THE FUEL IS SHUT OFF IN A ROLLOVER. THE DEVICE IS IN THE TRUNK THAT NEEDS TO BE RESET. OTHERWISE, THE FUEL PUMP WILL NOT WORK

Is there a fuel shut off on 2001 ford escape? car was rolled over.

The fuel pump shut-off switch is located in the front passenger's foot well, behind the kick panel. The reset button for the fuel pump shut-off switch is accessible through an opening in the kick panel.

Use the following procedure to reset the fuel pump shut-off switch.
1. Turn the ignition to the OFF position.
2. Check the fuel system for leaks.
3. If no fuel leak is apparent, reset the fuel pump shut-off switch by pushing in, i.e. down on the reset button.
4. Turn the ignition to the ON position. Pause for a few seconds and return the key to the OFF position.
5. Make a further check for leaks in the fuel system.

Hope this helps.

I have a 2007 Mercury Mountaineer, I would like to know what the "fuel Reset button does. I have looked in the manual doesn't seem to be in there.

this button is to reset fuel pump. This button is used for wrecks and rollovers .Same kind of switch thats on a riding lawnmower, that shuts mower off if you fall off mower.

Have 88 f 150, turn the key and the pump in the gas tank has no noise. there are some pulled wires by the transfer case, broke by frame, that don't color code to anything. need a color code diagram of wire...

the nain fuel pump power on mos fords was PINK or RED. But 1st check would be the anti-rollover switch (Usually up near the kickpanel). If that has tripped, pressing the reset button will restore power to the pump.

Not cranking

If the engine is locked up try pulling spark plugs to see if radiator fluid is inside. If so the intake plenum would need replacing as well as an oil change.
