Hi, you have either one of the two problems.
First one is that your key switch is knackered & your ignition switch will have to be replaced.
The second one is, did anyone clock your car before you bought it or it is possable that the eprom in the dash unit has went la la.( this little chip controls a lot on the dash inc the mileage).
You can tell if the key switch is knackered if the radio still keeps going as well as the heating system.
The other fault that also links to this that the dash relays in the fuse box area could be faulty.
I would start with these simple things first before ripping out the clocks & key switch.
It is possable it could be a stuck relay. Just remove each one in turn with the ign on to see which one drops out the dash.
Will check here on my system on this model to see what way it is wired.

1991 Cressida How do i know if my alternator is bad?

if the alternator is not charging , there will be a red battery light on the dash
reasons for engine stopping are
broken timing belt/chain, cam/crank position sensor failure
immobilizer activation
ignition control module failure
run the fault codes as some engine lights only light up for urgent problems that require you to stop the engine

Foxguard jp2 immblsr on triumph stag will not de activate or go into service mode.Ignition switch operates as normal but dash lights stay off wipers and washers dont work .

Your half way there. All you need is a wiring diagram to trace the wire from the ignition to that fuse. Most likely it is one wire from the ignition, then it splices to the different fuses. In my experience the splice fails(corrosion), Some times you loose one area, some times all. Depends on which side of the splice is corroded the most. Splices are hard to find. Even harness diagrams can be as much as 2 feet off. I usually find the color code of the wire and run a new wire. In your case, it would be from the ignition switch to the fuse panel.

Tour light on dash is on what does it mean

The "Tour" light on the dash indicates the setting for your exhaust. Your exhaust system has two settings Tour and, I believe its called, performance. In the Tour mode the ehaust travels thru more baffles, less noise. In performance the exhaust will breath easier and with that a bit more sound.

I hope this may have assisted you,

Hi, all of my running lights and dash lights are always on in my 99 Silverado. I know I have DRL, but my switch should turn off the dash lights, right? Any ideas on what could be the problem? I think it is...

find the lighting relay, if the dash lights don't go off with the switch then the relay could be stuck, when you find it turn the lighting switch on and off to try to hear the relay clicking, if no clicking the relay is probably stuck, give it a couple of taps before you go buying a new one.
