a classic vaccum leak is a leak within the vaccum line system very common on older cars it is a series small hose around the intake that control sensors valves and on some cars the wipers but the hard very hard to find most of the time but an old trick is use a can os starter fluid (be careful can flame up if to much is used at one time) spray around the vaccum lines while the engine is running and if the idle has picked up look for a drirotted line or a break or crack in the line then replace repeat under dash around heater (LEAVE THE FAN OFF) control box till leak is found and do you leave things on your dash

The drivers seat won't move and the heated seats won't work on both sides. Where is the fuse?

Check underneath the seat for an inline fuse. It is a glass type fuse in a fuse holder that you have to push and twist to get out.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

1993 dodge spirit heater fuse

The heater is NOT actuated by a fuse, the fan is. ]But if the fan blows, the electrical part is OK, then it must be the heater door that switches from the cold air to the hot one, or 2) the heater core is not receiving enough hot coolant.

My 06 jetta keeps blowing fuse for heater and heated seats, fan motor sounds good when running

I had the same problem after a weekend trip, I found that the 50 amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood was blow, this other things that stopped working with this was the seat wouldn't adjust, the seat heater wouldn't work, and when we locked the car it wouldn't beep. When searching for the problem I found that the tube going to the window washer in the hood was broken at the hinge and while working on this the short at the fuse location went away and everything started working. I read that the problem was the heated window washer nozzles that were shorting out, if this happens again I will be unplugging them. Now that I fixed that problem the airbag light has came on and will not go off.

On the diagram on the fuse box cover it says there is a fuse for the heater....when I opened the fuse box there is no fuse there...everything else is as it is on the diagram except for this...I just...

The fuse that you want is probably listed as blower motor. If it is good make sure everything is plugged back in and the controls are set to the right settings

Hi my rangerover heater is blowing out cold, everything else is working just the heater isnt...

Most likely your thermostat has failed and is stuck open. Engine coolant goes through the heater core and is used to heat the air that is blown into the cabin. If the thermostat fails, the coolant doesn't stay inside the engine long enough to absorb enough heat to make the climate control air blow hot. Change your thermostat (flush the coolant and have it replaced while you do this), and you should be back in business.

Heater/ a/c blower

There is a 30 amp fuse for the blower. The blower motor resistor could be bad.
