PART 1
If all blower speeds are not working I would check the blower, but if only one speed is not working I would check the resistor block for the blower it controls the speeds. they use 2 different blowers in this truck I have to sent a second message with the rest it will not hold it all inthis message.

Another thing, it could be the control is bad on the dash. I would check for power at the blower first before I replace the blower.

In 1980 the blower motor is changed from the engine compartment. It is located on the passenger side of the firewall, sitting low behind the inner fender. It will have a single wire plugged in to it and is attached with 4 small bolts. Simply unplug the wire and undo the bolts, 5/16 I think, and the motor pulls out. A whole lot easier than newer cars. Hope this helps.

2005 Trailblazer EXT. Blower speed control not working...

Problem with blower motor is the blower motor resistor. They are usually located next to the blower motor, a couple of screws and a couple of plugs and your done. Autozone sells them for around $30 each. Wipers you may want to check for relays under the hood in the fuse block. There may be 2 relays 1 for low and 1 for high. I have switched relays from other working accesories and got wipers to work. Sometimes bad connection.

Only works on number 4

Are you talking about the blower motor? If so, your blower motor resistor is bad, it is located in the environmental station next to the blower motor, held in with two screws, remove it and replace it and your lower blower speeds will return. Hope this helps, let me know

Blower motor, heater fan, radiator fan not working im not sure what the problem is. there is no power getting to these parts

Blower motor problem may resistor, have seen resistor and connector burnt. Resistor is located under dash on right side on heater case, check for damage.Radiator fan has 2 relays, high and low and also has a resistor,I would start with these items. Make sure fuses are ok.

Blower quit

Blower motor is likely bad if it doesn't work on any speed, if it works on only one speed then there is a resistor located by the blower motor that is bad each item should run around $30 at local parts store

Blower motor for a 1997 acura tl

one of 2 places either under the dash behind the glove box or under the hood on the passengerside. first i would check the fuse and or fan motor relay. these are located in the box under the hood or under the dash on the drivers side. also i would check the reostat which controls the fan speed this is located near the motor and is held in place by 2 screws and has 2 wires hooked to it. one more thing to check is to make sure the switch is still good
