Question about 1991 Buick Park Avenue
I Have a 1991 buick park avenue, when it gets dark outside the headlights come on. However the parklights do not. They work when i press on the break pedal but after that they do not lighten up. I have checked fuses, Lightsbulbs. my mechanic mentioned something about a sensor. I need to know if there is a way that i can bypass the automatic portion and make them manual. Buick says no replacement part. I have no owners maual either. Please help..
I have a 1999 Buick Regal. When my wife flips the brights on, all headlights turn off. There is a burning electrical smell in the interior. If she does not touch the brights, theres no problem, until last night. Now no headlights work at all.

There is no way to bypass it but the sensor is part of the headlamp assy i would check the relay to the p lights then go from there
