I just replaced the heater core hoses on my 94 3.1 v6 grand prix,I saw a wire coming from the motor not plugged to anything.Where is it supposed to go?

There are lots of wires that don't plug to anything, the reason is this, there is just wiring harness no matter the accessories on the vehicle. Unless something is not working don't frit over it.

94 3100 wire harness. I have a white and brown wire into a red plug loose where does it go?

only one brown/white wire in the diagram I found, but I wouldn't expect that wire to be near the ignition system or to have any effect on it.

My pcm came unplugged without the battery unhooked on a 96 gmc jimmy now wont start

I don't know what you mean by, "I plugged it back up". Did you mean that the harness unplugged or that a wire came out of the plug? Inspect the fuse-box. Look for a blown fuse. You can try disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds. If the stock stereo has the anti-theft feature, remember to disable it first. If a wire did in fact break away then you will need to do more than just push the wire back into place. Please write back with any questions or status, good luck.

I am having trouble fiquiring out which wire goes to which plug. The wires are different lengths and the correct wire length has to go specifically with the correct plug. I have the firing order dia

The firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6
Cyl #1 is front left when looking at engine front to back
left coil pack connects to cyls. 5-2
center coil pack connects to cyls. 3-6
right coil pack connects to cyls. 4-1
It doesn't matter which connector on the coil you use just that the cylinder is connected to the proper coil pack (the coil fires both plugs at the same time, twice per each full 4 stroke cycle)

The 94 jimmy is running rougf I did a full tune up I took one of the new spark plugs out a there was a lot of sout on it it was preety black it may be a dead cyender there is very littel spark

YOU did the tune up? Check that the wires are in the right position, that the connection to the plug and distributor cap are good. Did you replace rotor and distributor cap? Wires could be needed. That wire might be bad

94 Nissan Pathfinder inexpensive spark plug wire alternative?

Plug wires are either "wire" or "graphite". Chances are you dont need wires...If you do, get generics...much cheaper...You can buy the kit and put them together yourself...Just match the lengths and install the ends

1998 firebird 3.8 v6 92000 miles runs great until 3000 rpm then it runs rough and starts to miss

Same thing happened to my 94 firebird. Did your car run hot at any point? Mine overheated and ended up melting a couple of plug wires.
I replaced the wires (and plugs). That took care of the problem.
