it sounds like your alternator let go, therefore your battery is not charging, you will need to investigate further but the rattling would be explained by the alternator mechanically breaking internally and failing to charge the battery resulting in your present situation

You sound like you have a computer problem on your car, as all this stuff would not go bad at the same time, unless hit by lightning or you had a major electrical melt down. You can try to disconnect fuses for the different systems you do not need and see if it will start and run, starting with the security system fuses.
After that, I would probably look for a used computer and install it. It is located under the glovebox in the trunk and is pretty easy to change if you are up to it. They are not mounted in there very hard, and the biggest thing would be to find the same computer to verify that this is your problem. I have one for a 95 Eldorado and is probably the same, but I can't be positive on this. You might want to find out from a dealer. Most of the systems dhould be the same, but there could be some differences.
It would be best to take it to a dealer, but they would probably want to order a computer to check it out and charge you for it, whether it fixes it or not.
Like I mentioned, most of them computers are the same, and they do have a chip that can be changed that has the differences in your car programed into it. You could find a computer, change it out, then with the computer out, change the chips and try it again.
This is a pretty big gamble, but for that many things to go wrong at the same time, it would be my guess that is your problem.

go have your battery and alternator tested. Then you can reset your computer by leaving the battery disconnected for 30 minutes. Sounds like you ahve a bad battery, alternator, or voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is inside the alternator.
