Question about 2001 Suzuki Swift
i have a suzuki alto 1986 (manual tranmission). it was running ok till last month. recently, i'm having problems with the spark plugs (i guess). as a result, after starting, the car shakes unusually and it also 'push' or kinda 'jump's while driving. if the prob is not taken care of in a day or two, the engine automatically truns off in just a few seconds a stop pressing the gas padel. so i must keep pressing the gas padel even if i i'm waiting in a signal. now my first qus is, is the prob is for spark plugs?
i've taken my car to the workshop and everytime they change the spark plugs or cleans the sparks plugs form engin oil/carbon. then the cars runs fine for 2/3 days.
the workshob people are saying, it is a prob with my engine. they are saying the pistons had decayed and thus the engin oil is coming to the spark plugs and jamming them. they also says, to solve this problem permanently, the engine must be overhauled. is it true? does my engine really needs to be repaired?
i really need the answers of these questions urgently. any kind of help will be appriciated. mail me if u need at email@example.com
I to have suzuki alto ,firstly for your spark plugs to carbon up n 2 to 3 day,s means you see lots n lots of smoke coming out your exhaust pipe, for spark plugs to carbon up n 2 3 day,s when you rev engine clouds of smoke must becoming out your exhaust to achieve this simple as that.seem,s to me if your car is,nt blowing smoke that your ignition coil maybe the fault.take your car for drive five kms lift bonnet and feel how hot coil is has lead from distributor to coil if coil is hot it means its not working properly and spark plugs are carboning up because coil is faulty and not firing on all cylinders which carbons spark plugs up guareentee you ignition coil is your problem.

Try this first before having the engine rebuilt.
Go buy a bottle of Lucas engine treatment and add it to the oil, if in a couple hours of driving you do not gain more power, the engine is not running better Ect. then yes you need to have it rebuilt.
But try this first, this stuff im sending you to get is the leading engine treatment in the world.
I have actually cured engine knocks permantly with htis stuff.

If the spark plugs can be cleaned or replaced and the car runs well, only to foul again in a short time causing the car to misfire, then the advice you have had is likely to be correct. Repeated plug fouling is usually due to incorrect spark plug heat range, excess oil or a very rich carburetor setting. If you are using the correct spark plugs, the car is not running rich (black smoke at the exhaust) then oil is lilkey to be making its way though valve guides or piston rings. Overhaul needed.
