Question about 1999 Chrysler Cirrus
I had a similar problem. The car would start and then quit while driving or not start at all. I replaced the PCM with one from the junk yard and that fixed the problem. The clicking sound is the relays getting random messages from the PCM. Another tell tail sign is the odometer read out. Does it display "no bus" when the problem is occuring. Hope this helps.
