  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the thumb screw from the back of the headlamp.

  3. Release the headlamp retaihigh beam bulb blown on buick rendezvous - 755085.gifting up.
  4. Pull the headlamp straight forward, to release the ball stud from the grommet.
  5. Remove the headlamp high beam bulb blown on buick rendezvous - 761255.gifpper fascia support.
  6. Disconnect the electrical connector from the headlamp.
    high beam bulb blown on buick rendezvous - tif.gifss="h_mi">Remove the bulb(s) from the headlamp by rotating counterclockwise.

  7. Release the headlamp trim tabs from the headlamp, if required.
  8. Remove the headlamp trim from the headlamp, pulling to release the adhesive tape.
  9. Clean adhesive from the headlamp trim and headlamp using 3M™ adhesive remover P/N 8984, or equivalent.

Check the fuse box under the hood, a lot of cars have fuses for the head lights. Should be marked on the cover of fuse box.

2002 rendezvous low beams don't work. Fuses and bulbs fine. High beams work. Even swapped relays with high beams still no change. Running lights work but low beams don't in auto or manual. What else can...

What about the rest of the lights. The Auto and Manual function should turn the tail lights also. If they work, then it is a headlight wiring problem. If the tail lights are not working either, then it is the auto control module

You have a bad electrical connection. Check the wiring harness and both sides of it's connectors for corrosion and or breakage. The connector terminals will become worn and corroded and the wiring sheaths a prone to weathering and become brittle. Replace or clean as needed.

Make sure the high beam realay under the hood fuse box is working. You can swap the hi beam relay with the horn relay to test. The hi beam filiament in the bulb can be open too.

How to change the low beam bulb on a 2005 buick rendevous?

Hi: Open Your Hood ,And From The Inside of Your Engine Compartment Look For a Wires Running To Both Left And Right Front Lights Theres a Bulb Socket attached to Your Head Lights ,Theres not a Lot of Room to work With ,But Reach in With Your Hand And Use Your Fingers To Turn the Elecrical Head Light Socket Counter Clockwise until the Bulb Socket Stops Then Pull Out The Bulb Socket ,Pull Old Bulb Or Bulbs Out .To Relace With New. These are Halogen Bulbs, Be Careful And Try Not Touching the Bulbs with Your Bare Fingers. You can Put a Real Thin Gloves On to Push Bulbs Back Into The Sockets.This Should Get You You could have 2 Bulbs Per Side 1 Low 1-High . NO High Beams only Low Beams..

When I try to use the high beams on my 2003 buick century they will not stay on when I let go of the lever and when I do let go of the lever sometimes my headlights will all go out. I just gave up on using the high beams at all
